What we do:

Our core operations include interior finish carpentry and millwork: interior doors and door hardware installation, door and window trim, baseboards and crown molding, cabinet installation, wainscoting and wall paneling.

If you’re looking for painting, flooring, or other interior finishes, we have a network of professionals that we can refer you to. We believe in being professionals in one field, one trade, therefore you can count on us for the services we provide.

Promark is a finish carpentry business built on quality workmanship, reliability and honest communication in SWFL.

Our work mix is approximately 50 percent residential (interior trim) and 50 percent commercial (door installation).

Promark Construction uses an in-house W-2 crew for our field work. When we need a specialized trade partner, we only work with established subcontractors and always request their insurance information upfront through our pre-qualification process.

E-Verify: All of our workers are E-verified and legal to work in the United States.

What we do NOT do:

We do not perform structural framing, final cleaning, concrete, masonry, roofing or heavy demolition. We do not perform high-rise or exterior work; any elevated work is limited to interior ladder use for finish carpentry only.

We do not operate as a labor-leasing or staffing company and do not supply labor-only crews to other contractors.

Safety & Compliance:

Our crews follow written safety procedures, use proper PPE on every job, and comply with general contractor safety rules. We maintain all required insurances for our operations in Florida and require that our subcontractors provide proof of coverage before stepping on site.
